I just found about about ROH the other day from Pastor Hollandsworth. It looks like you’re doing a lot of good work through this site! Do you do any research for Wisconsin candidates and causes? Scott Walker is making a run against Gov. Jim Doyle in the upcoming ’10 elections. This is something to keep your eye on. Unseating Doyle has been hard to do in recent elections, but this year it seems like it may happen.

What is an “activist judge”? I know you hear your heroes say that phrase and so you parrot it without realizing how much your law professors laugh at you behind your back for doing it. But can you define it? Because in your article you make assertions without seeming be able to back them up.

Don’t all judges have something of their own vision? Does Scalia, for example not bring his own sensibilities to the Court? Is that not activism?

Does your law school accept box tops as payment of tuition?

Absolutely, Pastor! It is an outrage that anyone might discriminate against Christians’ right to display their hatred. If there is one thing the Lord talked non-stop about in the Gospels it was how we need to make sure people know we disapprove of the gays.

As a current student Brian, I am sorry to report that most of the professors I talk to tell me that most high school grads are not ready for college level work. This brought about the introduction of “zero level classes”.

I am disturbed by what I see from younger students.
